8/ Scrap your tongue before you eat in the morning

Do not rush your breakfast in the morning! This is something that we are all culprits of… Instead take time to massage your face with cold water or vegetable oil but in particular your eyes which can be tired out by looking at computer screens. Then, you should scrape your tongue at least four times with a copper tongue scraper. This can activate your detoxification system and fight against bad breath. You may not know this but your tongue contains the most bacteria (60%) in your mouth. Finally, you should give yourself a mouthwash with sesame oil which has many purifying virtues.

9/ Choose a bed closer to the ground to self-immunize

Unless you suffer from severe asthma, a bed base on the floor, or at least close to the floor can have many benefits.   As you are closer to dust and dirt it can help you self-immunize. Of course, it does not mean you don’t need to vacuum… Say goodbye to high perched bed frames!
