15/ Don’t eat if you are not hungry

Digestion is very important for your mental and physical health.  Listen to your body!  If you are not hungry, don’t eat just because it is the time to eat.   Your body still hasn’t digested your previous meal yet and you risk giving yourself a sore stomach and entering into a viscous cycle that can in the long run lead to risks of inflammation and other illnesses…

16/ Take a shower at night instead of in the morning

Some people mus have a shower in the morning while others couldn’t think about sliding under the covers without washing their body.  A nighttime shower is by far the most important as it allows you to get rid of all the impurities that have built up over the course of the day from your sweat to your stress and other negative energies.  There is nothing better than slipping under your covers that are crisp and clean after a cleansing shower!
