Cycling to work is great for your health! Nothing is worse that sitting still so why not start pedaling about town.  This will be the new solution to all your woes!

Cycling isn’t difficult.  However motorists still rule the roads.  Fair enough, when it’s raining you hardly fancy mounting your bike and prefer instead to take the car.  However think about changing your habits as cycling is great for your physical as well as your mental health.  What’s more it is better for the environment!

1/ Avoid stressing about finding a parking place

Even if you don’t realise it, driving is stressful.  Becoming impatiently frustrated when you are made considerably late as you take time to find a parking place is only one example.   Perhaps you’ve never heard it but illnesses often start in the head… By bike, you can park as close to your destination as you want.  You only need a tree, a post or an arch (as well as a good bike lock!).

By mounting your bike everyday to travel to work, whether it is 10 minutes or half an hour, it will help you stay in good shape.  When you cycle you are exercising without even realising it. What’s more there is a purpose !
