The last meal before walking down the corridor
Henry Hargreaves is a photographer specialising in the theme of food. He is best known for his series “Power Hungry” where he compares the food served at the tables of the richest populations versus that of the poorest. He has also produced a series entitled “No seconds”, which highlights the last meal of several death row inmates in the United States. Through his photographs, Hargreaves reconstructed the meals requested by real prisoners sentenced to death in order to show another side of the criminals.
