11/ Drinking ice cold water
Ice cold water has no nutritional benefit. Instead you should drink hot, lukewarm or ambient water. Eating well also involves knowing what to drink!
12/ Do exercise just after eating
It should be obvious that moving about is not the best way to digest your food you’ve just eaten.
13/ Snack between meals
You surely already know that snacking is a bad habit you should try and avoid!
14/ Expose yourself to hot or cold temperatures after eating
Don’t try swimming in icy cold water or exposing yourself to heatwave temperatures after you have just eaten!
15/ Not leave more than 4 hours between meals
If you leave less that 4 hours between meals (sometimes even 6) then your body won’t have enough time to digest your previous meal properly!
